During his time in the air force, Peter Robertson learnt about the beauty and craft of winemaking from his fellow pilots. After his return to Australia, he searched for a place he could bring his passion to life. Since 1969, Barwang delivered wines with such an elegant profile, it launched the exploration of further regions in the area to produce wines that live up to the Barwang name - complex, fruit driven and food friendly.
From the cool climate Hilltops wine region, this Barwang Shiraz is an elegant medium bodied wine. The classic spicy red cherry fruit flavours are supported by toasty oak and a long, lingering finish.
